How Can severe Nausea Along With Abdominal Pain Be Treated?
HI. 30 YEARS OLD FEMALE. GAVE NATURAL BIRTH 2 YEARS AGO. REASON FOR CONSULTATION: FOR 2 WEEKS FEELING NAUSEA, AND HAD VOMITING 1 WEEKS AGO. FOR 3 WEEKS SHE DOES NOT EAT MILK AND MEATS DUE TO HER CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS HOLIDAY BELIEFS. THIS MORNING THERE IS PAIN IN LOWER RIGHT SIDE, PRESSURE IN HER RIGHT RIBS, LOWER ABDOMEN PAIN AND MIDDLE ABDOMEN DULL ACHING PAIN TOWARD HER RIGHT SIDE. ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE STANDS UP STRAIGHT SHE FEELS GREAT PAIN AND PRESSURE ON THE RIGHT. PAIN COMES AND GOES.

Nausea, Vomitting and pin specially in right lowe side eith dull ache all over.. indicates acute abdomen ( ectopic pregnancy(if she id not on birth control) or appendicitis. It can be severe inflammation of bowels... but acute problem needs to be excluded first. She should consult a surgeon/gynecologist earliest first.. get plain xray/usg ofabdomen done .. to find/exclude &geet needful treatment theeafter. Thanks.
